HP LaserJet Pro 400 MFP M425dn – efficient streamlined workflows, increased productivity

By Databazaar Blog

HP’s web-enabled monochrome LaserJet Pro 400 MFP M425dn enables you to streamline your workflows and enhances productivity in the office. You get black and white print, copy and fax functionality and color scanning with this model. If you need wireless capability as well, then pick the LaserJet Pro 400 MFP M425dw which costs a bit more.

You can use the 50-sheet multipurpose tray with custom size papers, envelopes, cards or transparencies; the standard input tray can handle 250 sheets at a time. If you need more input capacity, then add on the optional tray that can take 500 sheets. Printing on both sides of the paper is easy with automatic duplex printing. Prints from this MFP are sharp and bold, and the print jobs run at speeds of up to 35 ppm, at 1200 dpi resolution.

The 500-sheet ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) has dual head scanning technology so you can copy and scan two-sided documents in a single pass. You can also scan directly to e-mail or a network folder. With this, your scanning and copying jobs just got easier and quicker. You can even directly print from or scan to a USB flash drive. The standard Ethernet connectivity lets you share the MFP on your office network.

The control panel has a 3.5” color touch screen display and buttons for print, copy, scan and fax functions. It’s easy to use. Installation is simple with HP Smart Install. Mobile printing is possible using HP ePrint or Apple Airtime. The Auto On/Auto Off technology that’s incorporated in this MFP ensures energy savings.
