Philips Pocket Memo LFH9380/27 – Rechargeable pocket digital dictation recorder with slide-switch operation

By Databazaar Blog

The Philips Pocket Memo LFH9380/27 – as its name suggests – is designed to enable memos to be dictated by the executive on the move. A slide switch conveniently located on the side gives professional recording control, while ‘Smart Buttons’ enable fast scrolling and selection through menu options.

The Pocket Memo features professional editing functions including insert, overwrite, partial deletion and locking to get the best of those inspired moments. Voice activated software enables hands-free dictation, while the output is via headphones or speakers. SpeechExec software sends your recordings for transcription and allows for status monitoring of your work.

Exchangeable memory cards (SD/SDHC) allow for virtually unlimited recording and the smart USB interface automatically downloads recordings directly to the computer. The batteries are also rechargeable via the USB cable.

Memos are stored in DSS format specially designed for digital voice recorders. This achieves high quality reproduction coupled with a high compression ratio enabling more memos to be stored, and also allows for more information to be stored in the file header, thus facilitating organization of your files.
