Logitech K800 Wireless Illuminated Keyboard – making it easy to type in the dark
By Databazaar Blog
The Logitech K800 Wireless Illuminated Keyboard takes the stress out of typing in poorly lit workspaces and even in the dark. The backlit laser etched keys use Logitech Incurve design to provide a slightly concave surface that’s just right for your fingertips to make contact. Besides, you can barely hear the clatter of the keys as you type. You can adjust the intensity of the backlighting to suit the ambient lighting conditions of your workspace.
Sensors in the keyboard can detect the proximity of your hand and turn the backlighting on/off. So if you are away from the keyboard, the backlighting gets turned off automatically thus saving battery life. The rechargeable batteries that are included in the package can last up to 10 days on a full charge. You can charge the batteries by using the micro-USB cable that’s provided, and continue using the keyboard while the batteries are charging.
Logitech’s Unifying Receiver can be plugged into your laptop/PC and left there. It’s really tiny and unobtrusive and you can easily add on other devices (up to 6 devices) to the receiver such as a compatible wireless mouse. The 2.4 GHz Logitech wireless optimizes battery power and also provides for safe encrypted data transmission between the keyboard and your computer.
Summary
The Logitech K800 Wireless Illuminated Keyboard is a convenient and comfortable solution for typing in the dark or in poorly lit workspaces.Manufacturer
