Unlike many other printers, scanners, and copiers in this category, the HP OfficeJet Pro is a one-stop-shop solution for all your office needs. It is much lighter in weight than a laser printer, uses less power, and generates less heat. This smart machine is enabled with a wide screen head that allows for the whole length and breadth of a paper to move in or out without a pause. The print speed is high enough to put a normal official laser printer to shame. It is also possible to use its other functionalities while it's printing and this MFP is pretty quick in multitasking too! The scanning speed is also quite high—a 300-dpi A4 scan needs just 10 seconds! The 4.3-inch CGD touchscreen offers access to HP's web functionality as well as its print, scan, and copy features. Though the print quality is not as high as that of a laser printer, the speed and cost of running are much lower, this making it economically viable for large office environment.

HP ENVY 120 e-All-in-One Printer – sleek and versatile

The sleek and versatile HP ENVY 120 e- All-in-One performs print, copy and scan functions almost soundlessly. The paper tray automatically opens/closes on touch— just like a DVD tray. In fact you might mistake this AIO for a largish Blu-ray or DVD player. It doesn’t have the standard appearance of a printer.
The tilt-able front panel has a 4.33” color touchscreen which lights up to display icons for the various functions when you turn on the printer. Using the touchscreen you can tap and swipe your way to access the various functions as well as HP’s library of free apps. The flatbed scanner has a convenient see through lid—you can preview your scans before you touch the scan icon. The scanner supports a resolution of up to 1200 dpi and allows you to scan directly to e-mail.
Draft print speeds are in the range of 28 ppm (black) and 23 ppm (color). Automatic duplex printing is a standard feature. The input tray can handle up to 80 sheets; more than enough for low volume printing at home or in a home office. This printer has both USB as well as Wi-Fi connectivity. Mobile printing is supported via HP ePrint, Apple AirPrint and HP wireless direct printing. While you are printing, you can even charge your iPhone from the printer’s front USB port that has been optimized for smartphones.

The architecture of the HP Proliant ML350e Gen8 server allows for flexible deployment options as well as scalability. This dual processor tower server is based on Intel’s Xeon E5-2400 processor family which supports up to eight cores per processor. HP’s web-enabled monochrome LaserJet Pro 400 MFP M425dn enables you to streamline your workflows and enhances productivity in the office. You get black and white print, copy and fax functionality and color scanning with this model. You can use the 50-sheet multipurpose tray with custom size papers, envelopes, cards or transparencies; the standard input tray can handle 250 sheets at a time. This small and compact AIO features Bluetooth® for wireless printing from Bluetooth® enabled notebooks and smartphones, and a long-lasting lithium-ion battery. HP Officejet 4620, 6600, 6700 e-All-in-Ones, Officejet 6100 ePrinter – cost effective office solutions for SMBs

With the launch of the HP Officejet 4620, 6600, 6700 Premium e-All-in-Ones and the Officejet 6100 ePrinter, HP has come up with a new set of cost effective solutions for small and medium sized businesses. The e-All-in-One models are capable of multi-tasking and print, copy, scan and fax functions. USB 2.0 connectivity is standard across all the models. They have built-in wireless capability that gives you the flexibility to print from virtually anywhere as well as print from mobile devices with HP ePrint and Apple Airtime. Besides being economically priced, they incorporate energy saving modes as well.
The higher end Officejet 6700 Premium e-All-in-One has a 2.65” color LCD touch screen from where you can access apps on the web as well as directly manage print, copy and scan functions. The 35-sheet ADF (Automatic Document Feeder), 250-sheet input paper tray and draft print speeds of up to 34 ppm (Black) and 31 ppm (Color) mean higher productivity and fewer stops to replace paper. You get to save on paper by using the standard automatic duplex printing feature. The scanner can be operated by using the flatbed or the ADF. Scanning using the ADF is quick and easy when you have multiple pages to scan. This model includes a front USB port as well as Ethernet in addition to wireless and USB 2.0 connectivity.
The Officejet 6600 e-All-in-One has pretty much all the features of the 6700 model, except that its draft print speeds are slower at about 32 ppm (Black) and 30 ppm (Color), and it doesn’t feature duplex printing, a front USB port or Ethernet connectivity.
The lower end Officejet 4620 e-All-in-One has a 35-sheet ADF and an 80-sheet input paper tray. With draft print speeds of up to 23 ppm (Black) and 22 ppm (Color) and a print resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi, it is good for sharp, clear everyday prints. You can print right to the edge of the paper to create borderless prints up to 8.5” x 11” in size. The print, copy and scan functions can be operated directly from the 2” monochrome LCD. It doesn’t feature web connectivity, duplex printing, a front USB port or Ethernet connectivity.
The Officejet 6100 ePrinter has a 250-sheet input paper capacity and fast draft print speeds of up to 34 ppm (Black) and 31 ppm (Color). It supports a wide range of media and includes USB 2.0, Ethernet as well as Wireless connectivity. Duplex printing capability is not available on the ePrinter. You can print to it from mobile devices by using HP ePrint and Apple Airtime.

The 4.3” color touch screen has an intuitive icon based menu structure. Installation and operation are simple and quick. Using HP ePrint and Apple Airtime you can print to this AIO from mobile devices. With the wireless web connectivity and the LCD control panel, you can access HP’s web-based apps directly from the Photosmart 7510.
The 25-sheet Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) lets you perform copy, scan and fax functions unattended, and with minimum fuss. The eFax function lets you send faxes without a phone line. With draft print speeds of up to 34 ppm (Black) and 33 ppm (Color), print resolution up to 600 dpi and automatic two-sided printing, your everyday print jobs are handled efficiently while saving on paper consumption.
You can print borderless photos on HP photo paper with resolutions of up to 9600 x 2400 dpi (with 1200 dpi input). HP has included support for a wide variety of media including plain paper, photo paper, envelopes, cards, labels and custom media sizes, so you have greater flexibility for homework assignments, project reports or just to create greeting cards for family and friends.
The Photosmart 7510 doesn’t have an Ethernet interface or a port for plugging in a USB drive, but it has a standard USB 2.0 interface, wireless connectivity and includes support for memory cards.

HP Photosmart eStation All-In-One – the Color Inkjet AIO with a detachable color touch screen

The 7” detachable control panel that doubles as a tablet is the most outstanding feature of the HP Photosmart eStation All-In-One. Besides being able to easily operate the print, copy, scan and fax functions from the detachable control panel, you can also use it as a wireless device to browse the web, access your emails, read the news, and download photos, documents and more. The control panel, known as the Zeen, can also be used to read eBooks.
The Photosmart eStation AIO is essentially for home offices. It has a 125-sheet input tray and a 20-sheet photo tray. You can print great borderless color photos with resolutions up to 9600 x 2400 dpi (on HP photo papers and 1200 input dpi). Duplex printing is a standard feature. The flatbed scanner can handle documents that are as large as 8.5” x 11.7”. Using the control panel you can scan directly to a memory card. Additional scan features are available when you use HP’s scan app from a connected PC.
The eFax® function allows you to send and receive faxes via the Internet rather than using a phone line. When you send a fax, it is sent over the Internet to the eFax® server from where it is delivered to the recipient’s fax machine. The process for receiving a fax is similar. The sender’s fax is sent to the eFax® server which in turn sends it to your eStation AIO using HP’s ePrint service.
HP’s customized apps provide great templates for photos and calendars and enable access to print from Yahoo, SnapFish and Facebook. Using HP ePrint, you can access this AIO from virtually anywhere. You can connect it to your computer using the USB 2.0 or the wireless interface.
