HP Officejet 150 Mobile All-in-one – Print, Copy, Scan for busy professionals on the move

HP’s Officejet 150 Mobile All-in-one has been designed to deliver print, copy and scan functionality for professionals on the move. It is expected to be available in June 2012. This small and compact AIO features Bluetooth® for wireless printing from Bluetooth® enabled notebooks and smartphones, and a long-lasting lithium-ion battery. HP claims that the long-lasting battery provides enough power to print up to 500 pages, and it automatically powers off when idle to save battery life.

The 50-sheet input tray and draft print speeds up to 22 ppm (Black) and 18 ppm (Color) get the job done when you need to print while flying long-distance. With the dye-based color inks and pigment based black ink your prints have brilliant professional color with resolutions up to 4800 dpi (with 1200 input dpi). You can save paper with the manual duplex printing feature. Scan and store your documents on memory cards or a PC so that you can share them electronically without creating paper copies. HP has also incorporated support for multitasking as well as borderless printing in this AIO.

The Officejet 150 Mobile AIO comes with Bluetooth, USB and PictBridge connectivity and also includes a memory card slot. You can print directly from memory cards or PictBridge enabled digital cameras by using the 2.36” color touch screen.

HP Officejet 4620, 6600, 6700 e-All-in-Ones, Officejet 6100 ePrinter – cost effective office solutions for SMBs

With the launch of the HP Officejet 4620, 6600, 6700 Premium e-All-in-Ones and the Officejet 6100 ePrinter, HP has come up with a new set of cost effective solutions for small and medium sized businesses. The e-All-in-One models are capable of multi-tasking and print, copy, scan and fax functions. USB 2.0 connectivity is standard across all the models. They have built-in wireless capability that gives you the flexibility to print from virtually anywhere as well as print from mobile devices with HP ePrint and Apple Airtime. Besides being economically priced, they incorporate energy saving modes as well.

The higher end Officejet 6700 Premium e-All-in-One has a 2.65” color LCD touch screen from where you can access apps on the web as well as directly manage print, copy and scan functions. The 35-sheet ADF (Automatic Document Feeder), 250-sheet input paper tray and draft print speeds of up to 34 ppm (Black) and 31 ppm (Color) mean higher productivity and fewer stops to replace paper. You get to save on paper by using the standard automatic duplex printing feature. The scanner can be operated by using the flatbed or the ADF. Scanning using the ADF is quick and easy when you have multiple pages to scan. This model includes a front USB port as well as Ethernet in addition to wireless and USB 2.0 connectivity.

The Officejet 6600 e-All-in-One has pretty much all the features of the 6700 model, except that its draft print speeds are slower at about 32 ppm (Black) and 30 ppm (Color), and it doesn’t feature duplex printing, a front USB port or Ethernet connectivity.

The lower end Officejet 4620 e-All-in-One has a 35-sheet ADF and an 80-sheet input paper tray. With draft print speeds of up to 23 ppm (Black) and 22 ppm (Color) and a print resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi, it is good for sharp, clear everyday prints. You can print right to the edge of the paper to create borderless prints up to 8.5” x 11” in size. The print, copy and scan functions can be operated directly from the 2” monochrome LCD. It doesn’t feature web connectivity, duplex printing, a front USB port or Ethernet connectivity.

The Officejet 6100 ePrinter has a 250-sheet input paper capacity and fast draft print speeds of up to 34 ppm (Black) and 31 ppm (Color). It supports a wide range of media and includes USB 2.0, Ethernet as well as Wireless connectivity. Duplex printing capability is not available on the ePrinter. You can print to it from mobile devices by using HP ePrint and Apple Airtime.

The 4.3” color touch screen has an intuitive icon based menu structure. Installation and operation are simple and quick. The Photosmart 7510 doesn’t have an Ethernet interface or a port for plugging in a USB drive, but it has a standard USB 2.0 interface, wireless connectivity and includes support for memory cards.

HP Color LaserJet CP6015dn Printer – the fast, heavy duty professional printer

The HP Color LaserJet CP6015dn was picked by Buyers Lab as an “Outstanding Large Workgroup Color Printer” for the Spring 2008 awards (http://www.buyerslab.com/news/viewarticle.asp?article=43021). With a monthly duty cycle of 175,000 pages, this printer can handle heavy duty professional color printing. HP Photosmart eStation All-In-One – the Color Inkjet AIO with a detachable color touch screen

The 7” detachable control panel that doubles as a tablet is the most outstanding feature of the HP Photosmart eStation All-In-One. Besides being able to easily operate the print, copy, scan and fax functions from the detachable control panel, you can also use it as a wireless device to browse the web, access your emails, read the news, and download photos, documents and more. The control panel, known as the Zeen, can also be used to read eBooks.

The Photosmart eStation AIO is essentially for home offices. It has a 125-sheet input tray and a 20-sheet photo tray. You can print great borderless color photos with resolutions up to 9600 x 2400 dpi (on HP photo papers and 1200 input dpi). Duplex printing is a standard feature. The flatbed scanner can handle documents that are as large as 8.5” x 11.7”. Using the control panel you can scan directly to a memory card. Additional scan features are available when you use HP’s scan app from a connected PC.

The eFax® function allows you to send and receive faxes via the Internet rather than using a phone line. When you send a fax, it is sent over the Internet to the eFax® server from where it is delivered to the recipient’s fax machine. The process for receiving a fax is similar. The sender’s fax is sent to the eFax® server which in turn sends it to your eStation AIO using HP’s ePrint service.

HP’s customized apps provide great templates for photos and calendars and enable access to print from Yahoo, SnapFish and Facebook. Using HP ePrint, you can access this AIO from virtually anywhere. You can connect it to your computer using the USB 2.0 or the wireless interface.

HP TopShot LaserJet Pro M275 – the color MFP that can scan 3D objects

The HP TopShot LaserJet Pro M275 incorporates HP TopShot 3D scanning in addition to regular print, copy and scan functionality. This MFP has a camera embedded in the hinged arm that stands above the scanner bed. The camera has a high-quality optical lens and high-resolution sensor that can capture documents and small objects. The resulting images are sharp, clear and have a superior depth of focus.

With TopShot scanning you can easily scan and upload images of your products directly to a web page, blog, online store or online data/image storage sites. All this, without using a PC. The scan function is complemented by a number of very useful productivity boosting apps from HP, such as HP’s business cards application that lets you scan business cards directly into your address book and the powerful HP Scanning app that lets you manipulate the scanned images.

The HP Laser Jet Pro P1102w uses the “plug and print” technology that allows users to setup and get started with this printer in almost no time at all. You just need a USB cable and HP Smart Install for Windows.

This printer can also be connected to your wireless network. You can print wirelessly from laptops, smartphones and mobile devices with HP ePrint. HP Designjet L26500 and L28500 series – for high-quality, professional indoor and outdoor signage

The 61” Designjet L26500 and the 104” Designjet L28500 printers from HP are capable of handling a wide range of banner and signage materials. These printers use roll-fed media and consist of a 6 ink-cartridge system that uses the new HP Latex Inkjet inks to produce glossy, vivid, high-quality professional signage. You can use these printers to create POS/POP displays, event banners, vehicle wraps, graphics and wall prints.

The fast drying, eco-solvent inks are odorless and don’t require any special ventilation system. The latex inks are cured inside the printer to form a film on the media, so that the prints are dry when they come off the printer. The L26500 prints bi-directionally at speeds of about 246 sq.ft./hr (4-pass) to 68 sq.ft/hr (16-pass), that are much faster than traditional eco-solvent and water-based printers. The L28500 model is 70% faster than the L26500. This means lower cost of production, higher productivity and faster time to delivery. The resulting prints are brilliant, long lasting and suitable for both indoor as well as outdoor signage. You can create prints with high resolutions of up to 1200 dpi that are suitable for long as well as short distance viewing. The HP Latex Inks are very flexible and they stretch along with the vinyl during mounting and installation of vinyl prints, without cracking.

With the double-sided printing option you can print on both sides of the banner with minimum manual intervention - there’s no need to rewind the roll between sides. With the new front tension system and edge holders the printers can handle lightweight materials and produce sharper images. You can save up to 30% on media costs as these printers can print on low-cost uncoated fabrics. All the printer supplies are recycle-able.
