The Safco AlphaBetter Desk has been designed for students of grades 3 to 12. The desk height can be easily adjusted from 26” to 42” for better comfort while sitting or standing. The patented Swinging Pendulum Footrest Bar helps students maintain a correct posture and relieves stress from the lower back. It also allows them to swing their feet and burn excess energy.
The desktops are available in two sizes—28”X20” and 36”X24”—and two types. While the Standard work surface is covered with a 5/8” thick MDF beige 3D rigid thermoplastic laminate, the Premium work surface has a 3/8” thick Phenolic cover. The laminate is chemical, fire and impact resistant.

OKI CX3535/CX4545 MFP Series – viable solution for a multifunctional business environment

A departure from the traditional MFPs, OKI DATA introduces the new CX3535/CX4545 MFP series that are designed to cater to the various print/scan/copy needs of a working environment. This series also has the option of sending high-speed fax. Additionally, they are ENERGY STAR compliant. The print and copy speed and output timings are very fast: CX4545 offers 45 copies per minute while the CX3535 offers 35 copies per minute. They not only provide a quick output but also one that is high in quality.
With duplex print and copy capability, these MFPs can handle heavier paper stock and banner paper up to 47 inches in length. There are a variety of data input options to choose from and the large LCD display and QWERTY keyboard allow easy entry of web addresses or e-mail access. Compatible with a variety of operating systems—Windows, Mac, Linux and UNIX—these MFPs can also store various print/scan/copy templates in the 80 GB hard disk drive accompanying them. A host of other business applications such as Google Docs can also be accessed through optional connectors.

HP ENVY 120 e-All-in-One Printer – sleek and versatile

The sleek and versatile HP ENVY 120 e- All-in-One performs print, copy and scan functions almost soundlessly. The paper tray automatically opens/closes on touch— just like a DVD tray. In fact you might mistake this AIO for a largish Blu-ray or DVD player. It doesn’t have the standard appearance of a printer.
The tilt-able front panel has a 4.33” color touchscreen which lights up to display icons for the various functions when you turn on the printer. Using the touchscreen you can tap and swipe your way to access the various functions as well as HP’s library of free apps. The flatbed scanner has a convenient see through lid—you can preview your scans before you touch the scan icon.
