Dell has provided an optional 250-sheet tray for additional capacity. You can choose from the 1,200 page yield or the 2,500 page high yield toners. Dell has included prepaid postage bags for return of toners thereby simplifying toner recycling.

The fax feature is simple and easy-to-use with 200 speed dial settings for your contacts. The fax option can be operated in the standalone mode or via PC-Fax. You can scan using the flat-bed or the 35-sheet document feeder. For scanning legal size documents you will need the ADF. With this MFP you can scan to a USB device, an application, FTP, SMB or to e-mail. Wireless printing is possible by using the optional plug-in wireless dongle.

The manual duplex (two-side) print and copy functions help reduce paper consumption. If you are looking for the automatic duplex feature then the Dell 2155CDN has it. The Dell 2155CDN is essentially the 2155CN with the automatic duplex feature.

Epson Stylus – Stylish photos in vibrant colors

Epson Stylus Pro 3880 is designed to cater to the high resolution print needs of graphic design firms and creative agencies. It combines Epson Ultrachrome K3 with Vivid Magenta Ink Technology to produce a wide range of colors. Designers can now create mock-ups without the intervention of outside vendors.

The print speed varies from 4:08 to 10:59 depending on the photo size. Photos of various sizes can be printed at ease. The Variable Droplet Technology produces up to 3 different droplet sizes per print line giving superior quality photos in vibrant colors. Photos are also fade resistant and report a longevity of up to 200 years for both color and monochrome photos.
