HP Officejet 4620, 6600, 6700 e-All-in-Ones, Officejet 6100 ePrinter – cost effective office solutions for SMBs

With the launch of the HP Officejet 4620, 6600, 6700 Premium e-All-in-Ones and the Officejet 6100 ePrinter, HP has come up with a new set of cost effective solutions for small and medium sized businesses. The e-All-in-One models are capable of multi-tasking and print, copy, scan and fax functions. USB 2.0 connectivity is standard across all the models. They have built-in wireless capability that gives you the flexibility to print from virtually anywhere as well as print from mobile devices with HP ePrint and Apple Airtime. Besides being economically priced, they incorporate energy saving modes as well.

The higher end Officejet 6700 Premium e-All-in-One has a 2.65” color LCD touch screen from where you can access apps on the web as well as directly manage print, copy and scan functions. The 35-sheet ADF (Automatic Document Feeder), 250-sheet input paper tray and draft print speeds of up to 34 ppm (Black) and 31 ppm (Color) mean higher productivity and fewer stops to replace paper. You get to save on paper by using the standard automatic duplex printing feature. The scanner can be operated by using the flatbed or the ADF. Scanning using the ADF is quick and easy when you have multiple pages to scan. This model includes a front USB port as well as Ethernet in addition to wireless and USB 2.0 connectivity.

The Officejet 6600 e-All-in-One has pretty much all the features of the 6700 model, except that its draft print speeds are slower at about 32 ppm (Black) and 30 ppm (Color), and it doesn’t feature duplex printing, a front USB port or Ethernet connectivity.

The lower end Officejet 4620 e-All-in-One has a 35-sheet ADF and an 80-sheet input paper tray. With draft print speeds of up to 23 ppm (Black) and 22 ppm (Color) and a print resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi, it is good for sharp, clear everyday prints. You can print right to the edge of the paper to create borderless prints up to 8.5” x 11” in size. The print, copy and scan functions can be operated directly from the 2” monochrome LCD. It doesn’t feature web connectivity, duplex printing, a front USB port or Ethernet connectivity.

The Officejet 6100 ePrinter has a 250-sheet input paper capacity and fast draft print speeds of up to 34 ppm (Black) and 31 ppm (Color). It supports a wide range of media and includes USB 2.0, Ethernet as well as Wireless connectivity. Duplex printing capability is not available on the ePrinter. You can print to it from mobile devices by using HP ePrint and Apple Airtime.

Citizen’s CMP-20 / CMP-30 barcode printers are compact, rugged and easy-to-operate. Designed to handle larger diameter paper rolls and powered by long lasting lithium-ion battery packs, these printers can be used in day long printing operations. Canon PIXMA MG4150 Wireless Inkjet All-In-One – efficient and economical

Expected to be available across Europe in March 2012, the Canon PIXMA MG4150 wireless inkjet AIO delivers fast and efficient print, copy and scan functionality. The compact FastFront design makes for convenient paper feeding and ink cartridge loading.

Using Canon’s Easy PhotoPrint and iEasy PhotoPrint apps, you can operate this AIO from Android mobile devices as well as from iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. The PIXMA Cloud Link lets you access and print online photos directly from the printer. This AIO includes support for various memory cards. Use the 6 cm color TFT display to select, view and print pictures from your memory card without using a computer. The HD Movie Print feature enables printing of high quality images from HD movies shot with your digital camera.

The automatic duplex feature combined with the use of two FINE high yield ink cartridges increases productivity and reduces paper consumption. This AIO can print a 10 cm x 15 cm borderless photo in approximately 44 seconds. Other print features include fit-to-page printing, printing multiple pages per sheet, image optimization and collation. The MG4150 comes with ready-to-print templates for calendars, envelopes, memos and more.

The scanning functionality includes OCR, auto document fix, auto photo fix, PDF creation with optional password protection, scan directly to memory card as well as the ability to scan images that are larger than the platen with Stitch Assist. The copy function includes all the standard features.

Océ JetStream 1900 – high-volume, high-productivity, full color duplex digital press

The Océ JetStream 1900 is a high-end product belonging to the Océ JetStream Compact Series full color duplex digital presses. According to the company, the JetStream 1900 delivers 25% more productivity as compared to the other models in the series. The JetStream Compact series is targeted towards production scale printing presses, newspapers, printers of books, magazines, newsletters, graphics arts printers, and other high-volume and high-productivity applications in the print industry.

Considering that a large share of print volume is still black and white, Océ has made this printer configurable so that an organization can start with a dedicated black only solution and then upgrade to MICR, full color and additional colors. The JetStream 1900 uses roll paper feed and can print image widths in the range of 20.3”–54”.

Océ has incorporated the Océ DigiDot® piezoelectric, drop-on-demand technology combined with advanced print head technology to deliver high quality color at high speeds. Multilevel dot modulation has been used to boost printed image quality up to 1200 dpi.

In the optimum performance mode, this printer can deliver print speeds of up to 417 feet/minute (127 meters/minute) with images at 600 x 480 dpi resolution and multilevel dot modulation. In the premium top-quality mode it can deliver up to 1200 dpi perceived image quality at print speeds of 326 feet/minute (100 meters/minute).

The optional Océ PRISMA® software suite provides industry standard workflow management covering all stages from prepress to finishing, along with integration of variable personalization and TransPromo documents into the workflows. TransPromo (Transactional Promotion) documents are transactional documents like bills and statements combined with eye-catching customer facing marketing messages and offers. Océ’s solution helps businesses to extend their TransPromo reach.
